Cedar Creek upholds a strict cancellation Policy. All scheduled appointments are held with a credit card or gift card. Parties of three or more and multiple (three or more) services require a 50% service deposit plus 20% gratuity. Individual appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice, parties of 3 or more and multiple services require a 7 day cancellation notice. Larger parties will require a longer notice depending on the size of the party. Failure to cancel within these time frames will result in a charge for the full cost of services.
