Cedar Creek Salon and Day Spa gift certificates can be used for any treatment or product. We do not accept them to be used as gratuity.
No refunds are given for Cedar Creek Salon and Day Spa gift cards.
Spa Gift Cards cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
Cedar Creek upholds a strict cancellation policy, thus all scheduled appointments are held with a credit card or gift card. Single appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice, bookings of 2-4 services, including Side by Sides require 48 hour notice, bookings of 5 or more services require a 7 day cancellation notice. Larger parties will require a longer notice depending on the size of the party. Failure to cancel within these time frames will result in a charge for the full cost of services.
